Life Celebrations

Rae Moss is a CCAOC certified Funeral Celebrant, serving her local community as a Life Celebrant and Funeral Officiant in Victoria, BC. She leads life celebrations, memorials, and funerals, as well as performing sacred candle vigils and maintaining a community altar. She is currently undergoing Death Doula training to expand her service to her community and will be available as a Death Doula from late 2024.

It’s humbling and a privilege to serve families as an officiant or celebrant on what, for some, can be one of their hardest days. Even in the toughest circumstances - unexpected deaths or lives ended too soon - it is a vital time to honor, not only grief, but love and gratitude for lives shared, remembered and cherished. - Rae
